Opening Screen Moves Down

When starting FS2004 the opened screen tends to move further down the screen each time FS2004 is started.  This was mentioned in a previous thread which advised that in the FS9.cfg file, if you remove the location numbers in [Location] Main= it resets the screen to the center.  This works, however the screen still progressively moves down with each start-up.  I'm just wondering if there isn't some way to prevent this.  Does anyone know?

I do not know if this is the post that you were talking about, but follow OPA's instruction here, (about resizing the windowed FS) and the PROMPT ON EXIT.

seems like you already tried the [LOCATION=] trick and it didnt help.
