first you need to know the NAVIGATIONAL RADIO FREQUENCY of the ILS (Instrument Landing System) for the airport that you are going to land at.
take that number and put it in your NAV1 in your radio stack when you are about ~30 - 40 miles away from landing and be at an altitude of about 5000 feet MSL.
it will start to pick up the radio frequency and you will start to hear a series of beeps in Morse Code. (dont worry about what the code really is, just listen for it)
when you are about 25 nm away from your target airport, hit your APP (approach) button. (at times you might have to hit your BC - BACKCOURSE if you are coming at the ILS from the wrong way)
it will line you up and put you on the glide slope and all the you really have to worry about is the throttle, gear, and flaps.
about 20 feet AGL, you should already be at full flaps down, gear down.. turn off the APP, reduce throttle to idle, flare a little and set her down.
there is your ILS procedure, and welcome to Simviation!!
