Spawning AI aircraft

I have an interesting one. It's not a big deal as I don't normally do the things to cause this. I'm not sure if it's my game, the particular aircraft file or the particular radar instrument (which is from another aircraft.) So, I have this wonderful Lockheed L188 that I've pieced together from a couple different aircraft with a radar instrument that came from an F-16 package (it's great because it displays all the other aircraft around you within a 40 MI radius). But if I play with the clock, the game generates AI aircraft each time I click on it. If I click a bunch, the skies fill with aircraft and ATC goes crazy trying to direct them all.  :o Has anyone ever had this happen?

Be more specific. I'd like to try it. If you play with which clock? I've never heard of this, and it sounds "fun?" :D

Ok, so the aircraft has one of the digital clocks for tracking your time for flying by direction+speed+time navigation. You can select the seconds to clear it to set it's time, there's a stop watch function and you can change it from AM/PM to military time. Perhaps I'll make a YouTube video for what happens. It's kind of creepy and kind of fun. Anyway, when you select any of the functions of the clock, the game spawns an AI aircraft somewhere within your area. I'm thinking it may have to do with the radar file.

**edit**

Ok, after some experimenting, I'm sure it's because of the radar. I tried this out in the Cessna and got nothing. But in my Electra, bam, dozens of aircraft.

I had something similar occur a couple of years ago, though it had nothing to do with a radar (that I could tell).  I had an add-on Beech 90 which would, when flown north from Alabama, generate a sky full of Cessna 182s about half way across Tennessee.  This didn't occur with any other airplane, nor with the Beech anywhere else, nor with the Beech heading south across Tennessee.  There would be so many Cessnas, at different altitudes, different distances, and different headings, that my FPS would plummet to 1-2.  After 15-20 minutes they would disperse on their individual paths, but until they did ATC drove me crazy with "Cessna at xx o'clock, report them in sight".

F16.gau (radar) modes.

360* around the craft horizontal plane.

120* forward .. horizontal plane.

~40* forward.. vertical plane.

this way the "Fighter pilot" can find the 'bogie' or 'charlie' any where around him, or other friendlies.... turn towards it, go to 120* radar, and check altitude difference with 40* forward / verticle.

im sure that you also know that you can switch it all the way down to 10nm range also, right?

10, 20, 30, 40 nm Range settings.

"Beechcraft, report them in sight, Beechcraft - Report them in sight, Beechcraft - report them in sight"

I had a similar experience a few times while flying over Canada. There were two CRJ's flying extremely close together and eventually began entering each other's aircraft. Then, as one hit the mid-point of the other, they disapeared and the view changed back to my aircraft. Weird ;D ;D ;D. It was really gross, if you know what I mean.  ;D
