Cold and dark

Been out of the loop for a while, is there a way to make it cold and dark when it starts..
Specs
E6300, 3 gigs 800 Ram, 8800GT oc, 400gig Sata drive, Windows XP Pro 64 Bit..

Start your default flight. Make it cold & dark. shut her down. Save flight and make it your new default. After that even it you change aircraft or location, it should start cold.
