i have a 150g raptor for c drive which is more than half full.........300g raptor for d and e drives where fsx is installed in d drive....now i have a regular external hard drive, where i would like to install fs9....if i did, i assume some info will install in c-drive...how much? and will it in any way conflict with fsx?...gee, i hope i'm clear enough...thanks.....
There should be no conflict.
As I understand it, normally the only items which get written specifically to your C drive when doing an installation on another drive or partiton is the folder named Flight Simulator Files under your My Document folder.
This is where any Saved Flights (FLT and WX) files are saved by default.
You will note that you most likely already have such a folder for FSX flights named Flight Simulator X Files.
There will also be a folder named FS9 which contains (amongst other things) your FS9.cfg file.
