Are you using opposite rudder, increasing it as you increase your throttle setting?

Are you experiencing the same effect with all your "Propeller driven" Aircraft?

If it's a Bristol Beaufighter, does it have a locking tailwheel?

Try disconnecting your joystick for about 15 seconds to let it recalibrate itself. Then plug it in and try the airplane again..
