frame rates bad in FS9

I re-installes FS9 I have widows 7 Pro.Some reson I can't get any frame rates at all 3-21.Tops!! I have done everything I can think of.Thanks for some help,thinking about re-installing windows 7..

Hi Dentons,
Also have a look at
this thread, Maybe it solves your problem? I think the desktop composition in Win 7 is not compatible with FS9
