Different wingviews?

When i whach the wingview on my airplanes i se the wing and the engines from the forward part of the plane. But i have seen on Youtube films that many have wingviews from the center or rear of the wing if you know what i mean.

How do i get this? Is it some kind of add on download?

What you are looking for is FS Recorder: http://www.fs-recorder.net.  You can set custom viewpoints and cruise around from whatever you angle you wish.  Just be sure to know your shortcuts and don't forget to create your custom views:
v - to change views
shift enter/delete to pan up or down.
Cntl enter/delete to move left and right (or backwards and forward, can't remember which).
cntl+shift enter/delete for more movements.

And of course, you can pan around with your hat switch on your joystick if you have one.

I usually flies 747, 757, 767, 777, A340 and A380  .

As i understand Flight recorder is the program that people uses to uppload videos on Youtube? Is it possible to convert videos that i recorded before i installed the program?
