After changing views, and then attempting to change throttle setting on any twin aircraft with my joysick, only the left throttle will move.

Anyone know the remedy to this?

Press E, then 1 2 3 4.  At some point  you may have accidently hit the E button, which then just selects the first engine.

Its always worth remembering Davy's tip...;).... ;)....!

It can often happen during a Multiplayer session when you are Typing in the "Chat Window".... :o...!

You typed the letter "e"key BEFORE you opened the Chat Window, and froze one of your engines!... :'(.... ;D....!

Keep an your on the Throttle Levers when Taxiing and coming in to land...and using the Chat Window (all sorts of strange things can happen then... Gear up/down, Flaps up/down, etc, accidentally!....Make sure the Throttles are both/all working...!

Paul...Throttling my Chat Window!... ;D...!

P.S. Pressing just "E", instead of "Ctrl+E" to start-up, can disengage one or more of the Throttles!.. ;)...!

This brings to mind a question I've been wondering about. Is there any way to calibrate the throttle on a joystick so that you use it as you would the real thing, ie: activate reversers?

go into controls/assignments/axis, choose the device you are using to control your throttle.....now you five options to choose from for your throttle axis......engine 1,2,3,4 or you can choose "throttle axis"(or however it is worded  ::)) this is the choice you should use if you have only one throttle lever on your stick/yoke.

Hi,
I've often wondered this myself as I know of no way to do it, what I think patchz is thinking of is where you have the reverse thrust lever then you move the throttle levers to set the amount of reverse thrust. but what happens is that when you move the throttles it cancels the reverse thrust action.

@Patchz : what ever button etc you have set for reverse thrust try cancelling the repeat action of the button in assignments so you choose how much reverse thrust you use.

I had a bug in the standard 777, at 80 knts it puts its own reverse thrust on if I have RTO selected on take off as you do in the 737
