How do l unloack my frames per seconds

I just installed  fs2004 on my pc and when l press shift+z twice l get my fps being 20 and locked. So how do l unlock them ? I am still a novice in this

On the menu bar at the top of the screen click on Options>Settings>Display.

On the Hardware tab is a slider for FPS, slide it all the way to the right.

This GUI can also be accessed at the startup screen.
