engine vapor or smoke at high altitude

hello
I have a problem i use to have normal smoke trail at 27 k or more feet .Now i get is clear boxes and blinking all the time and not right on the spot view .
can i get a download or something to fix it

Do you have a screenshot of the issue? Remember we can't see whats going on on your end if you don't show us.
Sounds like your contrail effect has gotten corrupt some how. Try searching here at Simviation or AVSIM and Flightsim.com for those effects. The REX team used to have a good set up for free but they have been taken down for some odd reason.

You can also trying restoring the two default contrail files -
fx_contrail_l.fx and fx_contrail_s.fx
They are on Disk 1 in the MSGAME1.cab
