To anyone who has used Splash Screen Changer by Christopher Trew (not able to reach him via e-mail). I have placed the SSC.exe and the folder containing four splash screens into my main FS9 folder, then ran the SSC.exe. It copied one of the screens into my uries folder replacing the existing dlgsplash. I'm trying to get the splash screens to alternate as they should. Is there a step I'm missing?

It looks like you have to use his .exe every time you launch FS, is that what you are doing?

Joe

Joebe, Do you mean creating a shortcut and using it to open FS9? I'll try that. Also, do you know if you can use more than 4 screenshots?

I have about 20 odd splashscreens for SSC and it works fine. :)

It sounds as if you did things correctly.

Use HIS shortcut or create a shortcut yourself to his SSC.exe file.

To JoBee, ApplePie and Opa, thanks for the help. I've got it set up now as a desktop shortcut (renamed as FS2004) and it's working fine. Finally I can display all my homemade splash screens. I'm truly greatful, J.P. :)
