I know what you mean, and i also know its hard to find a single file, specially if in a CAB file.Maybe you need to get a reader for cab files and then look for it manually :-/.
If  not try to use the windows search to see if it can find the file you need.
I know its not much, but thats what i would do , before had to go and look for the file on the FS cd's. :o

You don't need any unzipping tools if you have XP, Windows Explorer will open CAB files as a folder. You won't find any specific airport file on the FS9 discs; however since DGAA Accra is in Africa, then opening the AFRI zip file above and copying the contents into your AFRI folder in the FS Scenery folder should cure anything that's missing.

Back your original Scenery folder somewhere safe first before you overwrite it.

if you are looking for a particular airport, 1 suggestion that i might offer is to download AFCAD 2.2.1 This program will read the APXXXXXXXX.BGL files in FS9/SCENERY/? (africa in this case) and it will tell you the path that it can be found at in FS9/SCENERY/? .

example (this is where DGAA is located on my computer), DGAA = E:\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Scenery\Afri\scenery\AP947300.BGL

in order to find this line, you will need to run the program, OPEN AIRPORT DGAA, then click on FILE > Properties.

For future reference, grab a copy of:

fs9cddir.zip - compiled by Brian Collins.

This is an Excel format listing of all the files on your install disks. A great resource to keep handy.

If you can't find it in the library here, it is readily available elsewhere.
