Question for Team 1049

Postby Falcon61 » Wed Jun 17, 2009 5:52 pm

In the EC-121 Warning Star file in FS2004 Vintage it says that a working installation of the Super Connie G or H package is required. Could be so kind in showing me what page(s) the package(s) are located in?

Thank you.

I don't know much about the library here, but I find the best source for Connie related items is the fine CalClassics website run by Tom Gibson.

http://www.calclassic.com/

They have many older "classic" packages etc. to choose from.

While you are at their forums, you might ask what's up with the nose wheel?

It never sits straight for me - always at right angles as seen in the screenshot.

Opa,

You can feel free to browse the forums there as a non-member.  I believe that issue came up and a fix is available.

Just a little feedback -

The incorrect nose wheel issue with the Warning Star aircraft was resolved by installing the Connie G and H base packages (as the instructions suggested).

If the Original Poster cannot locate those packages in the library here, they are available at Flightsim.com

1049G Base Pack (l1049g.zip), an update (l1049g_u.zip), and a 1049H Base Pack (l1049h.zip)

Great flying machines!   ::)
