Trouble with FPS when installing a download

Long time since i've posted something here.
Well, my problem is this; everytime I download an aircraft, and then install it (correctly), my framerate goes mad. When I have a perfectly 60fps almost all of the time without any downloads, my fps drops every 5 or so seconds to 30 or below, and then goes to 60 for a few seconds, and drops again. It is very annoying... Does anyone know what is causing this problem?
It even does this when flying a none-download standard fs4 plane. I deleted all of the downloaded airplanes (2), and tried to fly again, but the problem still occured. I deleted the game, and re-installed it, and now it's fine again, but I am worried about installing downloaded planes :-[
