TU-114

Postby Alexander M Zoltai » Sat Jun 06, 2009 2:47 am

I just started flying the Tupolev TU-114.

It's ceiling is rated at about 36,000 ft.

I got her up to 25,100 and the speed couldn't be boosted to increase the altitude--it just wouldn't climb above 25,100.

What can be done to let it reach its ceiling?
I fly a Rockwell AC-500...

Perhaps you still had too much fuel, so the plane was still too heavy at that time ?
