Maybe a silly question, but is it possible to reverse in some of the aircraft available for FS2004? Props planes particularly.
This would be useful for landing on aircraft carriers for instance.
Cheers :)

...then quickly press "1" or "2" to rotate the rear of the aircraft in either direction....
Press Shift + "P" again to stop the process.

I think he means reverse pitch/thrust for braking, not pushback. I believe some turboprops have reverse pitch.

I think Hagar is right, Avoidz is asking about reverse thrust.
On some turbo props and or jets press and hold F1 and then F2 to dissengage reverse.

Actually you hold F2 to go into reverse, then hit F1 to bring the throttles back to idle. ;)

Thanks for the help. I wanted to know if an aircraft can be backed up, say for instance if I land on an aircraft carrier too close to the side and need to back up a bit to turn around.
Cheers :)

...in that case the "Pushback" (Shift+P) method, as described earlier , will work...

... and if followed quickly by "1" or "2", will rotate the aircraft for you!
