Can anyone give a good comparison of the Meljet and Posky 777's?  What are the better features of the POSKY compared to the Meljet?

Which is better? :-?

Thanks.
Scott

VC on the Posky is payware quality. One of the best I have seen on anything! It has great flight dynamics and the model is superb. I also have the meljet, and I do like the model on that one as well. But, I dont believe the Meljet 777 has a VC.

The MelJet was created in GMAX for FS2002, but was ahead of its time and it works perfectly in FS9 and still looks very good. It has not got a VC (but not everyone uses VCs - I do only very rarely) but the later versions had a pretty good virtual cabin that you can walk around in using F1View or ActiveCamera. Yes, the VC in the Posky is very good, but the installation takes a little time to get right.

Exterior models: little to choose, and the repaints for both are excellent. The animations are a little better on the Posky, especially the main gear. Conversely, the FD is to my mind better on the MelJet which works well right out of the box (or zip file in this case) whereas I had to do some adjusting on the Posky.

Bottom line - get both. They are both very good indeed for different reasons. One's a BMW, the other a Mercedes so it comes down to choice.

I went to meljet. After clicking through a few screens, I never saw anything that essentially told me to "click here to download this airplane." Am I missing something? I got roughly the same treatment at opensky...

Hm, see what you mean about the Meljet site. Not to worry, there are many liveries (models included, I think) in the downloads pages here.

Posky - if you click on the 'downloads' link on their home page and scroll down, you'll get to the download links.
