Can scenery objects be removed?

I have a problem at Boeing Field (KBFI). Off on the SE corner of the field I see three long, gray rectangles. To me they look like objects missing their corresponding texture files. I have no idea how they got there, trying to delete various add-ons.
I could simply ignore them, much like any other real-world annoyance but would like to know of there is any utility which will allow me to pinpoint and identify these things and (hopefully) find either the missing texture or delete them altogether.
Here's what they look like:
Thanks for reading!

Hello, and welcome to SimV!
You should be able to use a program like "Excbuilder" to create and exclude file to eliminate the offending objects.
Did you have any addons for that particular field?

I think you're hunch about a texture file is correct. What addons were you deleting?
Wish I could help more.

Thanks, both for taking your time with my post.
The only files added to this airfield were the various AI traffic options by various authors. I do not honestly recall changing anything else, as in scenery add-ons.
I did get Megascenery Northwest but that was obviously not the cause since I can easily add or disable that via the add-on scenery options.
I will look for the above mentioned editor program and give it a try.
Thank you, both, again. I'll add another comment following my next "experiment" but I will, just for the h of it, install another drive, install another copy of FS9 to have a comparison.
Like "Opa" Marshall says, "It's a bloody addiction!"
I'll say...

Hello;
Sorry for the very late response.
I was looking for answers when i found this post.
I have the same problem after installing the boeing field addon file "Boeingpkg" from Mike Magner.
On the included foto u can see the missing textures are tree lines.
An idea where we can find the textures?
greatings.

I just completed a couple of other tests and discovered what the missing texture is.
It is named
airpt005.oavI tried a couple of his other sceneries which had trees in them and found a package which contained that texture.
I then created a texture subfolder for his Boeing/Renton Field addon and added that texture. The trees then properly displayed.
Optionally you can just drop that texture into your Main Texture folder.
That texture may be available elsewhere (as a part of a larger texture package) but it can also be found in this file at Avsim:
http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?Ca ... DLID=68957Hope that helps.

it is Dave ... it's part of the Airport 2.10 texture package.
Available as aip210tx.zip

As a precaution anyone using Flight Simulator should add these files to their textures folder:
Airport 2.x + its texture files
VOD Textures
ASD 2.1 Textures
NOVA and NOVA Gold Textures
Rwy12 Object Placer
Gerrish Gray's Trees
