Hi guys,

Sorry, another dumb question - is there a key assignment for the taxi light in the default 737?

At the moment, At the gate, I have to turn all of the lights on, then turn off the strobe and landing light to taxi - is there a way around this?

Sorry, a minor point, but never hurts to ask :)

Cheers for ALL your help
Stew

Im not sure which version of fs you are using, but in fs2004 at least, i dont think there is a key assignment for the taxi lights, (or at least i cant find one!! ::))
if there is, somebody please tell me lol ;D

But anyway, i guess if you're using the default 737, you are probably using the default panel, my advice would be to download a new panel for the 737, most of them tend to have a seperate switch for the taxi lights.

Take a look at Issue Number 25 of Tips and Tricks for FS2004.  You will find a segment which tells how to add a key combination toggle for taxi and beacon lights.   Very simple to do.

Hope this helps.

The entire series - in one package - is available here in the library.

Shane compiled it into one download and posted it but I am not sure how he named the file.

Or just search my name here or at Avsim or at Flightsim. David "Opa" Marshall.  You will find the T and T series that way.

Good luck.
