i just wonder how to make the aircontrol to say the company name when they call me on the radio. ie. "Lufthansa 1123 climb and maintain...etc"??

If you want to add more you'll need to get an ATC voicepack

Most of the more common airline names are already built into the default voicepack - you specify this in the aircraft.cfg file in the specific [fltsim] section for the plane/repaint youare referring to. The line in the section is:

atc_airline=

then specify the airline name e.g. lufthansa. Some are not what you expect them to be, e.g. British Airways is speed bird (with the gap), America West is cactus. I'm sure that googling would get you the full listing. Anything other than these then as Mark says, you'd need an accessory voicepack - or use EditVoicePack and create your own.

This file here has just about all the airlines and other callsigns that FS9 has in it, without the need to use editvoicepack. Just drop it in the main aircraft folder and enjoy.

hey.. i had downloaded the ATC voicepack, and now im stuck! please guys tell me in a few steps how to add atc id call sound with ATC voicepack for my fictional airline?

What  did you download??....

The new 'airlines.cfg' file, the FS2004 ATC Voicepack SDK, or the EditVoicePack utility?

If your using the file I posted, and your company is using a real world name, then in the aircraft select menu under tail number, select the proper callsign.

If you're wanting the ATC to call you by a made up fictional airline then I'm not sure on that one. :-/

But it really would help to know which of the above you downloaded.
