Even then, any callouts almost certainly relate to the height of the 'aircraft datum' (the 'centreline' of the fuselage) above the runway, rather than the level of the actual wheels. As a guide, in an airliner, you should start levelling out at not less than say 30 feet RA and should find yourself touching down at about 15-20 feet RA. That is, the 'height' of the landing gear below the fuselage datum.
