ATC recognition

ATC says, "1010Uniform"

what do I have to change here, so ATC will say United ?

I haven't used ATC that much, you see,

Thanks Sean,

Got it figured out.

Seems there MUST be a flight number along with the Airline name.

Got it to work, anyway  :)
