I've downloaded an American Airlines MD-80 from simviation's downloads, and the sound and panel for the MD-80 off of AVSIM, but I dont think the flight dynamics on my MD-80 are correct, because my MD-80 can make turns sharper than a razor's edge, is there any package or anything I can download to give me the correct dynamics?

I don't know about a fix, or correct flight dymanics, but you could try reducing the control surfaces' effectiveness in the aircraft.cfg.

There's a couple of easy things you can do that may help the situation:
> Back up the aircraft.cfg file.
> Open up the aircraft.cfg file in Notepad.
> Look for this section (there's a couple of other lines in it I've deleted as they are not part of this fix):
[flight_tuning]
elevator_effectiveness =

Oops! Groundbound1 is correct (thanks for that), I got my increases and decreases backwards. Well, it's been a long day, sorry about that.

OK, I ran a test to be sure I got it right, here it is in plain English. Sorry about the confusion.
Looser (easier to bank):
aileron_effectiveness = 1.0
Tighter (harder to bank):
aileron_effectiveness = 0.4
It's just an example. Again, experiment to find what you like best.
Thanks again Groundbound1. Let me know if this is OK. Seems to be a matter of getting terminology and math coordinated.

You might also try adjusting the roll stability in the same flight tuning section. Increasing the value increases the stability. On some aircraft that will slow the roll rate, but one must experiment.
