need help to install afterburner

hi ever1 i need help on how to install kirk's olsons usaf f-16 viper
afterburner. Because when i load kirk olsons viper it has no
afterburner, so i just need to know is the DSB typhoon afterburner
the right one to use and how to install it.

Ummm.  A toughie!!  This is adding an effect & until I check some files I'm not quite sure how it's done.

I found this
light.7 = 9, -22.50, 3.70, -1.11, fx_reheat_Alpha Flanker,
light.8 = 9, -22.50, -3.70, -1.11, fx_reheat_Alpha Flanker,
but have no idea how it works but there must be an effects file in FS.
