Just wondering what might have to be changed in the config file for this set up. Most of the tweaks online are years old now, and there must be something that needs to be changed. I basically have it set up as directed in one of Nick's informative post, but I still get a stutter now and then. If anybody is using any of the latest and greatest cards I would really like to know what you changed in your config.

Well maybe I should rephrase my original post...to something like ""If you have a higher end card, is it still necessary to tweak your FS9 config file. Or do you just let your Card and CPU just chew up the program,
Still curious as to how some of you guys have your config tweaked if at all...............

With that setup you should be able to run an unmodified fs9 with all settings cranked smooth as silk! I have a low end Ati card and have no problems with fs9, and very few with fsx.

Why in the world would you want eight gigabytes of RAM in a non-server system?
