1. I turned off the Unlimited fuel mode but it seems that I still have unlimited fuel. I created my flight and even after 15 minutes of flight fuel quantity is the same. I didn't lose even one gallon. And I've been flying on maximum fuel flow, full throttle on low altitude.

2. I turned on that aircraft stress can cause damage to the aircraft. But nothing happens except if I crash. I tried applying 30

From my limited knows:
1- May be 15 minutes is not enough to notice a change in the fuel quantity. Try more time (use compres/accel time if you want).
2 and 3 - I notice this too in some aircraft. They act like fighters. Maybe the simulator is not as real as would be. But try diferents aircrafts, in cases the stress is more noticiable.

There is a general realism settings, I fly mine in "hard", so you can be sure that all settings are proprely ... settings. I only change the mixture, (put in automatic) is a pain to enrich the fuel mixture as you asending...but it depends.

Yes, they really act like fighters. I tried doing a steep turn in a Cessna 172. I banked the plane to 60

I've made a steep, 360 turn in a C172 in under 30 seconds, several times (I guess that works out to 13 degrees per second), and that wasn't even pushing it. So 17 is comfortably do-able.

Airspeed loss is minimal too, as you enter the turn at Va and add some power during the turn.

Fighter jet turn rates, and C172 turn rates are apples and oranges. I've "heard" that a C172 is capable of 30+ degrees per second @ 70+ degrees of bank... but the altitude loss is great enough to not consider it a turn.

As far as realism settings go.. I've yet to snap the wings off the C172 (but I've nerver tried either)..

Yeah.. real Cessnas (I've got about 1500 C172 hours (over 2000 total hours)).

I'm no aeronautical engineer, and know almost nothing about fighters.. but when you're talking about comparing turn-rates.. remember; a C172 does steep turns in the 95kias area...  I'd imagine a fighter is doing it at well over 200kias prob WELL over that.

If you roll a C172 into a 80 degree bank and without caring about altitude loss, pull back on the yoke; you can make a 360 degree heading change in no time at all... I remember reading about 10 seconds being possible.

Just be ready to recover from a spin  :o
