"Global aircraft quality" setting

What do you need to have or do, to be able to set this to "Ultra High"? :-? It seems that no matter what, I can only set it to High, and I'm wondering why the ultra high option is even there?

Apparently on UltraHigh, the aircraft will reflect sunlight and cloud shadows on itself.
In FSX there is now actually a checkbox for this as well.
