Why can I not manually adjust the frequencies on the Nav radios?

Which particular Falcon 20 is that then?........the one I have is Mike Stones and it works ok....... check the radio section of the aircraft.cfg and it should be like this......if not then change it and try again. If you have a different download to that then what is it and where from?...commoner
