Kai Tak, Lukla, Grand Case, etc ... there are many ::)

You might also want to look for Michael Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches.

Get the glacier bay scenery by Holger Sandman, and give all the small airports a go :).

Some that come to mind:

SABA

St. Barthelemy, Guadeloupe

The Runway 24 approach to Sochi, Russia

Sion, Switzerland

Bradshaw AAF, Hawaii

Courchevel (sp?), France

Dagali, Norway ( or any central/northern airport in Norway if you have good mesh)

Innsbruck, Austria

Some of these are a lot easier than others, but they all have magnificent nearby scenery, especially if you have third-party addons for the area.
