Any advice please?

Hi. I'm unsure if this is the right section of the forum, but here goes. I have downloaded various texures for aircraft, and there is usually a section in the readme file telling me to adjust the aircraft.cfg file. Can anyone tell me what software I need to do this? Also, I downloaded the GMAX 342 gazelle, but can't figure out how to get the RAF textures to work in it. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks

No sofware, only open the aircraf.cfg file with NOTEPAD (OPTIONS: open as...or open with program from list...). You will see the text editor (Notepad) with the text, only copy and paste the text from the readme file(instructions). You must read some tutorials (here in the forums are some good) because this is very basic.
