How do I let a friend view my screen as I play?

I got a friend in Utah who wants to view my flying experiences as I fly; She wants to view these live, online, as I play. Does anyone know if there's a program out there that allows someone to observe another's screen from a remote location? This'd be a "passenger experience" for her. Any help would be great. Reply here or in PM or feel free to e-mail me. Thanks!

I think a program like VNC viewer might work, not quite sure though, since it is meant to allow a other person to control your computer.

I can attest to VNC viewer/server. We use it at work regularly. You can indeed allow it to "just view" without actually controlling. However, I'm not sure how well it would work. Seems that a graphics intensive app like FS might bog it down. Definitely worth a shot though.
