Scenery question

I downloaded, but have not yet installed, two sceneries. KACK & KMVY
KACK = Nantucket airport
KMVY = Martha's Vineyard airport

KACK has two folders in it: Scenery & Texture
KMVY has two folders in it: Scenery & Texture

I plan to copy both KACK & KMVY folders into the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery
folder but I noticed that there are duplicate file names in the texture folders of both KACK & KMVY. For example, there is a brick.bmp in the KACK/texture folder and also in the KMVY/texture folder. The file sizes are different, but the same name is used. Both sceneries were create by the same person.
My question: Once I install the KACK & KMVY sceneries in FS9, will there be an issue with "duplicate files" when I launch FS9 and both sceneries are enabled?  The dupes are in different directory paths, but won't two "brick.bmp" be loaded into memory when FS9 is launched when both sceneries are enabled?

Won't matter. If you keep the two sceneries seperate and activate them correctly, the sim will know they are both there, but it will only call on and load the one needed for your flight.

Keep all the parts of your new sceneries in their own folders. So the texture and scenery folders inside the KACK folder,

Thanks Groundbound1. Just installed both sceneries and both look fine. No errors at all. Thanks again.

Andy :)

Does it come with Joe, Brian, Fay, and the rest of the Wings crew :-). I still watch that show when it comes on.

Sadly, the real KACK is nothing like the old TV show. I remember being very disoriented the first time I visited the airport for real...
