Freeware black box?

Just wondering if there's a freeware version of a "black box" anywhere. I'm trying to work on my landings more with the bigger toys and it'd be nice to see how hard I hit.

I've seen FS passengers and FS Flight Keeper on the payware side, both very different but they can both tell you how hard you hit but I can't afford anything else right now. Just ordered a new PC so I can run on better settings.
