Welcome to Simv as for scenery there is a ton of it around both freeware and payware. Some payware scenery is not all that great while others are pretty good. Payware scenery is the best if you can afford the expense some can get a little pricey. AS for AI there are two sites worldofai and projectai both have a huge selection of ai packages. What you want to do before going to either of these places is to make yourself a folder someplace outside of FS. Download all of the packages you want into this folder then when finished down load the installer into the same folder [glow=yellow,2,300]THIS IS A MUST[/glow] after you are done just run the installer select the packages and sit back and grab a cold one. When it is finished you will be set. 8-)

You may want to go to the traffic setting and max it out.  Beware though, this is a real performance eater.

Tim,

....... All i can see is flat terrain.......

To get more realistic (terrain) topography you need to install enhanced 'terrain mesh' scenery files.

In most areas the FS2004 default terrain mesh has a resolution (distance between elevation data points) of several hundred meters or more. With the 'smoothing' that takes place between  these points, there is very little character in the topography (smooth flats and rounded hills, mountains.)

Enhanced 'terrain mesh'  add-ons fix this by increasing the resolution. The common resolutions are; 76m, 38m and 19m, (also referred to as LOD9, LOD10 and LOD11 respectively) with 19m providing the most detail but having the largest file size(s).

'Terrain mesh' is available as freeware or payware. Try Google-ing  'FS2004 terrain mesh'.

Simviation Downloads hosts the FS2004/FS2002/FS2000 70m Global Terrain Mesh for The Whole World.

You can also look thru the Simviation-FS2004-Scenery library. (Search the downloads for (Holger) 'Sandmann'.)
