No flare!

I have a 737-7, 737-8, and 727-2 that will not flare for me. It seems the lower in speed I go, the less the nose will rise. I know that's typical but there is no reason that these Boeings will not flare with an empty payload and 30% fuel at 140 kias. They fly fine until I disengage AP and APP. Can anyone help me? :-[

What models are you using? At 140 Kais and even 120 Kais on the 737-700 POSKY models they flare.

Have you checked where the Centre of Gravity is? (In the fuel/payload adjustment menu option). If the CG is too far forward (outside the envelope), it will have trouble raising its nose.

Hi.  Where does the envelope begin & end?   Is it the 2 red lines at the wing edges fore & aft? I have something with the CoG almost over the cockpit.

Trim?

My thoughts as well.

If the plane isn't trimmed for your current speed you will have a bare of a time getting the nose to pitch up if your speed is too far below your current trim setting.
