It sounds like the sim is trying to load textures and stuff but not keeping up with the flight. What are your system specs? Also did this just start recently or has it always done this in this area. If you have added any detailed scenery it might be loading that. It could even be your hard drive. Have you defragged it recently? Being badly fragmented will slow down loading in the sim because the drive has to search all over the disk for the files it needs. Does this occur in other games. Does your computer seem slower than it was? That could be a sign that you have a virus or spyware or even that you have a drive that's about to fail.

First thing to try however is a defrag and you might also throw in a surface scan for good measure. If that doesn't work run your antivirus and something like Adaware and Spybot. You should be running those on at least a weekly basis anyway. After that try removing any scenery in the area where the sim seems to slow down.
