greetings all;I need some hel-p locating my cfg files in fs9 software.I have not been able to find the path to this file.I've been told that the file exists @ c:\Documents and Settings\x\Programdata\microsoft\FS9\fs9.CFG. It's been explained many times that the path is c:\admin\application data...thats where I'm lost.I now have a host of icons ;about 8;most of them are security config files;credentials;etc;not remotely what I am looking for.I'm open to any ideas. I know how to follow a path ;but don't seem to have the files where they are to be? thanks jerry

If you have the English version of Windows XP fs9.cfg is in this location.
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9

If all else fails, you could search you machine for " fs9.cfg ", and the path should be shown in the search results.

Make sure your folder is set to show hidden files. If not you won't be able to see it. Windows hides .cfg files. Click on Tools>Folder Options>View, scroll down and make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also if you search make sure you have selected to search "System files and folders".
