hey all. i know this is a dumb question but what exactly does Stephen Rothlisberger's global terrain mesh do? i've heard a lot of great things about it!

any help is appreciated!!  ;D

Terrain mesh is the grid of elevation points that describe the vertical profile of the ground, onto which the texture tiles that represent the surface are applied.
