Help please

I know this was covered a week or 2 ago but I have not been able 2 find it. What I am talking about is the tall spike long thing in africa or centrule africa can't remeber for sure which, but I did find the really deep hole. When I found it there was 3 others just like it striaght north of the one, but if some one could tell me where I can find that big spike I would be greatfull.
