Strange flight dynamics.

'Evening everyone. I just started playing around with FS2004 again after a year or so of not playing. Mostly to get into playing around with aerobatic jets, especially in the supermaneuverability field.
So, I downloaded Eduardo Fadul's amazing MiG 29 and the associated OVT-esque AIR file, got it all modified and working. The maneuverability is stunning. However, I found that during some (Okay. A lot) of high-alpha and low-speed maneuvering, the aircraft seems to love to go "weightless" and just sort of wobble around the sky uncontrollable. I've noticed this with a lot of other highly maneuverable aircraft in the game.
I'm not sure if it's in the flight dynamics of the aircraft or the game engine itself. Is there a patch or a mod or anything of the sort to bring the laws of physics back into play here?
