You need to make sure your realism settings are as follows:
General: 85%
PFactor: 85%
Torque: 80%
Gyro effect: 100%
Crash tolerance: 100%
Auto Coordination: un-check
Gyro Drift: un-check
Use indicated airspeed
All controls set to 100% sensitive
rudder(anti-torque) 80% null
It should work for you...If not play around with those settings until you get something that works for you
