i have a question, might be a silly one, im not sure,

but how would fs9 perform on Windows vista? also with a video card with 256mb DDR and 350mhz RAM, i think

 FS9 and vista works well for me.  A few adjustments and away I went.  I do have a few problems with EZ Scenery working as it should but it is manageable.  I really don't think that you have the right description of your machine though.  For example, I have;

Intel Celeron D processor
3.2 GHz
2 Gig of DDR SDRAM
240G HD
ATI PCI-E 512MB 1950pro Video Card

I run FS9 pretty much maxed out
