Hey, Guys!

I uploaded the MORE SPLASH package I recently renamed to FULL SPLASH v9.0.
What is it?
You know that loading bar when starting a flight? Good. Look what I made for you:








I programmed a little utility that allowes you switching between FS9 loading bar style,
the FSX style and no (!) loading bar - >> Full Splash<< -screen !

The "Do you really want to exit Flight Simulator?" dialog seems to be invisible, but can still be controlled with [Enter] and the move up & move down keys, but of course you've to know, which button was where.....

No Panic: The exit flight dialogue is still there like it has always been! Just the one for direct exiting fs is the missing.....

PS: I myself always exit FS with taskmanager!!! So I don't need that dialogue, you maybe also!
And that hard (but fair ?!) way is really faster, much faster!  ;D

..mm...those links puzzle me....seems to want me to download some sort of toolbar...can't see any mention of your stuff.........commoner :-/

I know, that page is a bit uncomfortable, but I needn't to install any toolbar.
wait a moment I'll look...

Ahhh, yes, below that toolbar link you should see something like:

"Please wait 43 seconds."

After this has counted to 0 it'll change it a link to download.

But I'm sorry I didn't tell you that that above surely install some sh....

Hi Rev...well I figured the download out eventually

I'll use it for a while and see how it goes...personally by just changing dlgalert.bmp I get what I want..ie NO   Loading bar, but as everybody won't know how to do that I think you have the makings of a nice little utilitity.

First impressions (Niggles) ...

1..I'd rather see the English version of the Splash screen on the interface.....

2. The initial instructions are in German......(sorry I don't do German!)

3. Could you make it so that only one box is selectable?..the warning about the FS( ( being destroyed if you select two is a bit unnerving

4. Could you just warn somewhere that when exiting there will be no yes or no choice and to hit RETURN to get to your desk top...........

...........like the FSX style bar though..looks neat and many guys will like that instead of NO bar.

....hope I don't seem too critical.............you're doing a great job for us all...Thanks.

That's why I called it beta!!!!  ;D

1. You should still have your native language! I didn't change the dlls for this.
2. should also.....

4. Um, Yes I seem to have forgotten that, sorry!  ;D But of course I'll add this in the next days....

the fsx style bar is the original fsx style for those who have never seen them before,
I haven't painted this myself.  ::)

3. I hope I can fix this. By now, it didn't work, yet.

PS: In near future I'll try to maybe get the bar visible small at the bottom of the splash screen.
I'd really like to have the status of loading and the exit dialogue, but not in middle of screen.

me again - your test pilot

i couldnt live without more splash - when things dont happen i just hit yes

got a feeling theres more than one box thats dissappeared

but its well worth it - esprcially when you open and close flight as much as me

hows your pink display problem - did you find the solution

Yeeeeaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got the best ever!!!! And NOT ANY dialogue is missing!!!!!! not any!!!

I'm sorry but I'm so happy!! I found that box in the fsui.dll!!!! Changing this was easy, but I had about 40 minutes with converting bmp files in photoshop and CO..........
