Aircraft Carriers
Posted: Mon Sep 24, 2007 1:07 pmCould someone please give me a tutorial on carriers ops in Fs2004. I do not know how to activate a catapult or use the "meatball" for landings. Also, is it possible to use elevators?

Posted: Mon Sep 24, 2007 1:24 pmThere isn't a tutorial, you'll need to download the Carrier Operation Gauge http://www.simviation.com/fsgauges_8.htm and then follow the instructions. Or if you're feeling a little rich then purchase Flight Deck 4 from Abacus

I've never been able to use the elevators. Be sure to download the F14D package here at simviation, it's a h-ll of a plane.
