bomblet download

Hey i am in desperate need of a bang so i tried to install the bomblet miscellanious download but it says i need to add this code to the .cfg file of the airplane i want it on so i tried to open the .cfg and it said it couldnt be found can someone give me some help or atleast suggestions?

If your Windows XP, and have never opened a .cfg file before, you need to tell your machine what program to use. Notepad will  work for this. Click the aircraft.cfg you want to open, and select notepad as the "open with" program. (Clear as mud right!)
