Soundlib-Error

I've started getting a "Soundlib-Error" message along with "Sound file not found" & I think it started when I installed a panel.    I'd be grateful if someone will tell me what it is & how to put it right!!

Thanks,
TW

In searching around for clues to your problem the common response is that a needed sound (.wav) file was not properly placed in the ..\\Sound\ folder. Maybe recheck the install instructions....or:

Do you have the download filename/location?

The panel in question is the Ken Mitchell lear35_p.zip I got from FlightSim.  I have re-downloaded & reinstalled it but I still get the same error message.   Any ideas what I can delete to rectify things or anything else I can do will be gratefully received!

Thanks,
TW

wonder if it has to do with [OldModules]?

TW,

Downloaded the panel and installed.. Get the same error. I can only guess that one of the gauges is calling a missing sound file.

I'll see if I can track it down, but soooo many gauges..

Flyer - sound modules was an early edit a long time ago & I did check but thanks for the thought.

Dave.  Nice one.  I won't ask how you discovered which gauge it was.  I love playing around & sorting problems out & when beaten resort to asking for help here!!    I had // some gauges to see if that would work but it was taking me too long.
I'll have a go at your renaming wheeze & let you know how it goes.   As I use Glenn Copeland's Gearup gauge I may not bother if it get too involved!!
Cheers for now - TW

Dave - brilliant/blimey.......it works  :D     Most people here are SO clever & knowledgeable but even so I put you on the same pedestal as Hagar who has helped me out of 1 or 2 jams in the past.    Thank you.
