Okay guys, here i am flying at FL350, im about to decend, and theres really bad fog, snow, and icy runways, well is there a way to pick an "Alternative" route in the Flight plan, like real life

In real life you would have selected an alternate airport near your destination,  and you would had the charts for it. That way if by VOR XX, you get the Atis information that your destination is closed, you can adjust and follow a different approach plate.

No real way to alter your current flight plan.

If your flying IFR you should have a 'select new ifr destination' option in the ATC window.Your taken to the flight planner. Set a new destination, click 'find route'. Edit to include a nearby waypoint and your altitude in the new flightplan. When asked if you want to be placed at departure airport say no.

When you return to the cockpit you get the option to 'request ifr clearance to selected destination.'
