i have figured out that to open the cargo doors and more i need to do something with a tailhook, what is it and how do i do it

the tailhook is a hook at the end of some aircraft which lets them land on carriers. the hook attaches to the rope on the deck of a carrier and it slows the plane down quickly so it doesnt fall off the edge (or take half a mile to stop)

check the README file that came with the aircraft, it will tell you how to activate it (might be I or /  or something else)

The tailhook function is not assigned as default within flight sim.

You must find it in the assignments menu and give it a key command.
Most people use Shift + T  ;)

thanks everyoen ive set it to shift+t and it works fine, one more thing, wipers, how do i get them to work, ive been on the assignment list and there not there or there not called wipers there, does anyone know how do get them to work?

Are you using Cosmottic's dash 8?

If so there is a switch at the top of the panel in the VC view.

In any other plane the wipers switch should be in the vc.
