I want to get all things FS9 off my old PC, but I cannot find an uninstaller in the folder and the program does not show up in the "Add or Remove Programs" list because it is not on my system drive in that machine... search has yielded no results so far... is the uninstaller named something else? Can I possibly just delete everything?
PS- yes, I have saved /will save everything I want to transfer to the new computer...

You could delete everything in the FS9 folder and the folder that the CFG is in, and then if you want to you can get a registry cleaner and erase it from the registry. The cleaner I used once (can't remember the name, sorry) would find any entries that pointed to a nonexistent application, so if you've deleted it it should show up as a deletable registry entry.

Try re-installing FS9 with NO add-ons. I wanted to uninstall (so I could re-install from scratch) FS9, only to find that one of the add-ons had overwritten the uninstaller in the main folder!!! >:(
BTW, the file you are looking for is simply uninstall.exe. It will be located in the main FS9 folder. Also, if you can, try using the Add/Remove Programs function of Windows. In theory, it will look for the correct unistaller and should correctly remove everything from the registry that needs to be removed.
All else fails, like Jayhawk Jake mentioned, use a third-party registry cleaner.
Best of luck!

If you insert CD1 you should be given the Uninstall option.
If that fails this MS support document will guide you.
